I'm playing Marvel Rivals on my Lenovo Legion 5i laptop, which has an RTX 5060, Intel Core Ultra 7, and 16 GB of RAM. After some time gaming, my FPS drops drastically (from around 140-160 FPS to 40-100 FPS), and the only way to get it back to normal is by restarting my laptop and reloading the game. Has anyone experienced this or know what might be causing the sudden FPS drops?

It sounds like overheating could be the culprit. Have you tried monitoring the temperatures while you're playing? That might help identify if the laptop is throttling due to high heat.
You might want to check out an optimization guide I found. Make sure to check the ongoing issue section, especially if you're using a controller (like an Xbox controller). If that's not the case, focusing on steps 9-11 should help improve your performance. And definitely keep an eye on the heat levels!
