Are My CPU Temperatures Too High for Gaming?

I just got a custom PC build and I'm a bit worried about the CPU temperatures. I've been monitoring them during heavy gaming sessions, and they seem way higher than what I've seen online. Other people's CPUs usually stay at around 60-70°C under load, but mine constantly hits 90°C while unpacking files and playing CPU-intensive games like POE2 and Cyberpunk. Here's what I have:

- CPU: 9800x3D
- Cooler: Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro 360
- Case: Fractal North XL
- Fan Setup: CPU cooler radiator mounted at the top with three stock fans in the front
- Ambient Temperature: 27°C

Along with my CPU temp, I'm seeing the clock speed at 5.1-5.2GHz and voltage between 1.2-1.28V. I've also got a Cinebench score of 1319. I'd like to know if this temperature is safe for long gaming sessions (7-8 hours) and if there's a way to improve airflow for better cooling. I'm still learning about building PCs, so any input would be greatly appreciated!

As long as your CPU stays below 95°C, you're technically in the safe zone, but 90°C is quite high for an AIO cooler. Try loading HWInfo and check if your CPU is thermal throttling. That might give you some clues about what's going on with your cooling.

I checked and all thermal throttling readings were "No". Should I run Cinebench again while logging the data?
