I'm working on a PC build and I'm trying to figure out how to save $22 without compromising on the core components like the GPU and CPU. Here's my current part list: I have an AMD Ryzen 5 7500F processor, a Cooler Master CPU cooler, Gigabyte B650 EAGLE ATX motherboard, and 32 GB of ADATA RAM. For the graphics card, I'm using an XFX Radeon RX 9070 XT. I also have a Montech XR case and a fully modular ADATA power supply, along with a 5-pack of ARCTIC fans. The total comes to about €1277.70. I want to keep the setup as is since I'll be gaming at 2K and 4K, so it's crucial that I don't downgrade my GPU, CPU, or go with a smaller motherboard. I already have storage sorted out, so I'm open to suggestions on cutting costs elsewhere without losing performance.

Have you checked if the CPU cooler you have is overkill? The Ryzen 5 comes with a cooler that might do the job just fine, which could let you invest that cash elsewhere. Also, the GPU has other less expensive options that still perform well at high resolutions. Just something to think about!
A suggestion would be to skip those extra case fans altogether since most cases come with at least a couple. You can also consider finding a slightly cheaper variant of the 9070 XT. There are often models that cost less without significant performance differences. It might be worth a shot to save some cash!
You might want to consider switching to a more affordable case or motherboard. Sometimes, a different case can save you quite a bit, especially if it comes with built-in fans. Using a motherboard like the B650M DS3H could be an option if you're okay with cutting out some features, but be careful as it might affect performance tuning features you want. Just make sure you won't lose out on any critical features for the Ryzen chip.
Definitely look for cases with pre-installed fans; it’ll save you a lot on extra fan purchases.

Yeah, if you can manage with just the stock cooler, that could definitely help save some bucks!
