I'm having a frustrating issue with my brand new computer that keeps randomly restarting. I get a message saying, 'your updates are underway,' and then it boots me back into Windows, which is super annoying. I took it to a tech for repairs, and while he mentioned it could be a RAM issue, I can't afford to spend any more money on parts since I've already dropped a lot trying to fix this. Everything else in the system is new: the power supply is fine, the motherboard is in good shape, and I bought new RAM from Micro Center. I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas about what might be causing this issue? Is it really the RAM?

I recommend trying to reinstall Windows first and see if that resolves the issue. Sometimes, it's a software glitch that can cause these kinds of problems.
