How Can I Boot into Safe Mode After the Latest Windows Update?

I'm trying to downgrade my AMD drivers because the latest update is causing some issues. However, when I attempt to access recovery mode, my screen just freezes, and the only way I can restart is by using the power button. Is there another method to boot into Safe Mode without having to go through the recovery screen?

There's a known update, KB5070773, that addresses the keyboard and mouse issues in Windows Recovery. You might want to check if you have that update installed. If not, it's worth looking into.

Is that the most recent one? I might have overlooked it.

It looks like there was a fix related to the keyboard and mouse not working in Windows Recovery Environment, but it seems Microsoft hasn't pushed it as an update anymore, which is worrying given that you've installed it. If you search for 'Windows 11 WinRE keyboard mouse fix,' you might find something useful.
