How can I clear my Chrome cache without losing my saved passwords?

I'm trying to clear my cache in Chrome but want to make sure I don't lose all my saved passwords in the process. I've seen a lot of advice about 'Advanced' settings, but I can't find them in the Privacy and Settings tab anymore. I remember doing this before, but it's slipped my mind, and I really don't want to input all my passwords again. Any help would be appreciated, and hopefully, this can help others too!

You can clear your browsing data by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Delete. When the box opens, make sure you uncheck the option that says 'cookies, signs you out'. That way, your passwords should remain untouched!

Honestly, it might be worth investing in a good password manager like Bitwarden. That way, you can clear your cache without worrying about losing access to your passwords! Just remember to use Ctrl + Shift + Delete when you're ready to clear things out.

If you're signed into your Google account and syncing it, your passwords will stay safe unless you specifically choose to delete them. Just remember that clearing your cache will remove cookies, which might log you out of some apps. You can find the cache clearing option in the privacy and security section of the settings.
