How can I resolve keyboard and mouse connection issues on CachyOS?

Hey everyone! I'm new to Linux and recently started using CachyOS. I'm facing some frustrating issues with my keyboard and mouse not having a stable connection through the 2.4GHz connectors. I've tried plugging them into different USB ports, including the front ones, but no luck. Additionally, my Bluetooth headset keeps dropping the connection. Has anyone experienced similar issues? I've tested various wireless keyboards via Bluetooth and 2.4GHz, but none seem to work. It's even causing me to get locked out for 10 minutes just trying to log in! Any suggestions?

Did your keyboard and mouse work fine with Windows or any other operating systems before? If so, it might be a kernel issue since CachyOS has its own unique kernel. You might want to try a more stable distro like Arch, Mint, or Fedora instead of CachyOS, as they may offer better support for your hardware.

Yeah, I used my devices on my Windows 11 laptop without any issues. I ran into a lot of problems with my favorite programs on Mint, which is why I chose CachyOS after seeing all the hype for gaming. But now I'm second-guessing that decision!
