I'm having a tough time trying to install Linux Mint 22.2. Each time I use the installer from the live USB, I get this fatal error: 'Executing grub-install /dev/nvme0n1 failed.' It forces me to restart my PC just to try again. I've come across suggestions online to use the boot repair utility, but that just leads to another error during the repair process, stating: 'An error occurred during the repair --no-nvram exit code: 1.' I'm directed to report the error and refer to a specific URL. I've confirmed that my UEFI firmware has secure and fast boot disabled, so that's not the problem. My specs are: Linux Mint 22.2, RX6700XT, i5 12600K, 32GB DDR5 RAM, a 2TB SSD (with Windows 11) and a 2TB HDD where I'm attempting to install Linux Mint. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

There are tons of great distros out there, so don’t sweat it if one of them isn’t working. Why not try another ISO on your USB drive? By the way, with that DDR5 RAM, your machine is pretty modern! If you’re looking for a user-friendly experience, consider giving BigLinux a shot with the proprietary drivers. If you're planning to multi-boot, TuxedoLinux might work for you too!

I actually took your advice and tried BigLinux! It worked out really well for me. I love how customizable it is, and the installation was much simpler than Mint. Plus, I could play pong during the install! Why doesn't everyone do that?
