I'm considering switching from Windows 10 to Linux, especially since Windows 10 support is ending, but I have some questions. First, I've noticed that there are many different versions of Linux. Which one looks and functions like Windows, making it easier for me to transition?
Second, I rely on several programs for work: Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Paint Tool SAI 2, Adobe Animate, Sony Vegas Pro 17, and Aseprite. Will these programs still work if I switch to Linux? If not, what are my options to run them? Is there a resource that lists which programs are compatible with Linux? Thanks for your help!

If you're looking for a Linux environment that resembles Windows, I'd recommend trying out Linux Mint. It's user-friendly and has several editions that are mostly similar, just with trivial cosmetic differences. You can even run it from a USB drive to test it out before fully committing!
Unfortunately, Adobe's software suite won't run natively on Linux. Your best bet might be to dual-boot with Windows or set up a Windows virtual machine on Linux, but that can be a bit complicated. Just keep in mind, running Windows alongside Linux could expose your PC to vulnerabilities.
