My dad built his own PC, and it was running well until he downloaded a game recently. Now, certain games like Where Winds Meet, A Plague Tale: Requiem, and Hogwarts Legacy have this strange sound problem that just won't go away. I ran a scan and repair with Wintoys, but that didn't help at all. It's super annoying! I also noticed that some games don't have this issue, and platforms like YouTube and Netflix are fine. What can I do to fix this? Here's a [link to a video of the audio issue](https://quickshare.samsungcloud.com/8EjT5G3t67cp) if that helps!

First off, what motherboard is your dad using? If he's using a Gigabyte x570s Aero G like you mentioned, that could be helpful to know. Also, are the speakers wired directly to the PC or are they wireless? Those details might help narrow down the audio issue.
It sounds like an audio driver issue may be at play here. Since you mentioned that the issue is present only in certain games, checking and updating the audio drivers could make a difference. Have you tried that yet? Sometimes a simple update can solve weird sound problems!
Did you check any of the audio settings in the games themselves? Sometimes games have specific sound configurations that can get messed up, especially after a new install. It might be worth checking those options to see if anything looks off.
