My PC Won’t Post After Upgrading Components, What Should I Do?

I recently upgraded several components in my PC, including a new B650E motherboard, a Ryzen 7600X CPU, a single stick of 16GB DDR5 RAM, a cooler, and I'm reusing my RX 7900 GPU. When I powered on the PC, the screen recognized the new CPU and asked me to accept the fTPM settings, which I did. Since then, I haven't seen anything on the screen. My power button is flashing slowly in 8-second cycles, and I can't access the BIOS. I've checked that the GPU and RAM are securely seated and verified all connections. Additionally, I replaced the power supply with an MSI 750. Is there something I've overlooked?

The Ryzen 7600X has integrated graphics, and after the fTPM reset, your motherboard might have switched the video output to the CPU instead of your RX 7900 GPU. Try connecting your monitor directly to the motherboard's HDMI or DisplayPort. If that works, you can get into the BIOS and change the primary display adapter back to PCIe to use your RX 7900.

If you're still getting nothing from the motherboard outputs, try reseating everything again, especially the RAM and GPU. Sometimes, a slight movement can cause issues. You might also want to clear the CMOS battery to reset the BIOS settings, which can help in such cases.
