I recently shifted my PC from my table to under it to make room for a second monitor. However, I've noticed that while playing CPU-heavy games like Battlefield 6, it gets really hot near my feet. I'm wondering if there's a way to manage the hot air besides just putting the case back on the desk. For now, the PC is on the floor, but I plan to raise it up by at least 50cm and mount it on the desk later. I'm concerned that heat builds up because the desk is against the wall, leaving no room for the air to escape. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

It might not just be an airflow issue. If your rear case fan is set to exhaust, it could be pushing hot air right back into the wall, which then reflects it toward you. To check, install MSI Afterburner and monitor your temps while gaming. If they hit over 75-80°C, consider cleaning your fan intakes and CPU cooler, and maybe replace the thermal paste too.
I wouldn’t worry too much about temperature if you're getting solid gameplay temps. Just make sure nothing's obstructing airflow.

Yeah, keeping in mind that hot air rises, you might want to experiment with placement a bit more. But as long as you're consistently getting decent temps, you should be okay.
