I've got a high-performance setup with an RTX 5070 GPU, an i5-12600KF CPU, and 32GB of 3200MHz RAM. However, I'm noticing that my GPU usage stays below 50% while playing games like Counter-Strike 2, Rainbow Six Siege, and even ARC Raiders. I'm looking for some help with this issue!

What resolution are you playing at? Have you set a frame rate cap? And is Vsync turned on? Those settings could impact your GPU usage a lot.
Depending on your settings and resolution, what you're seeing could be normal behavior. Not every game is designed to push a GPU to its limits, especially if the CPU is being stressed more. It might not always mean something is wrong.
It sounds like you might be experiencing CPU bottlenecking. Games like CS2 and R6 are quite CPU-intensive and don't always utilize all CPU cores effectively. This means they can max out one or two cores, which holds back your GPU from reaching its full potential. If you want to get more FPS and utilize your GPU better, you might need a stronger CPU.
I'm playing at 1920x1080, and I'm barely hitting 200fps, but the render latency on R6 is pretty low at around 1.7. Could that be holding things back?
What kind of FPS are you getting in R6? I’m running 1440p with a Ryzen 5 5600 and RTX 5060, settings on low except for ultra shadows and AA on TAA x2, and I'm getting around 200fps.
Did you get a bad deal on that CPU? Sounds like it's not keeping up with your GPU. Make sure to check if that's the case.

You might want to try switching to QHD or even 4K. That could help increase your GPU utilization significantly.
