I'm trying to find a free calendar tool that automatically updates and refreshes its data quickly. My task is to display all the meeting rooms and their availability on a TV screen in our building, so people don't have to walk around looking for available rooms. I initially used Power Automate and Power BI, but it was a frustrating experience with missing info and delayed refreshes. I switched to TeamUp, which let me include our company logo and display the calendar in a weekly format; however, its free plan has a long refresh time of over 12 hours for updates. My manager wants the calendar to refresh every few minutes. Ideally, I need it to automatically update all bookings from our Teams/Outlook calendars without manual intervention. Any recommendations for a good free calendar site that meets these needs?

There's also MeetingRoom365, which isn't free but is pretty affordable. They offer a free trial, so since your temp job ends soon, it could be worth a try to see if it fits your needs.
Have you considered using room lists directly in Outlook? That way, everyone can check the availability without extra tools. It's pretty straightforward to set up.
