I'm looking to purchase a domain and find hosting for my content. I've already developed the UI and implemented the business logic, but I found that Hostinger's prices are too high. They charge around ₹700 for the first year, but the renewal cost jumps to about ₹6,000 per year. I'm hoping to discover some more affordable options for both domain registration and hosting my project.

If you share your tech stack, I could help find free hosting options suitable for it. For domain registration, Porkbun and Cloudflare are great choices as well. Pricing can vary quite a bit, mainly based on your domain name.

You might want to explore Hetzner for some very affordable hosting solutions. Also, look into Cloudways; they allow you to select servers from providers like DigitalOcean or Linode and manage everything for you, which could turn out to be cheaper than that renewal with Hostinger.

If you're searching for affordable domain options, try using tldes.com to find the cheapest registrars, and keep an eye on their renewal fees. Spaceship.com is also known for being consistently inexpensive for both initial registration and renewals. For hosting, check out lowendtalk.com, but be cautious, as you might come across some unreliable providers. Namecrane.com is a solid choice I can recommend; they offer shared hosting for about $8 a year, which is cheap but feels sustainable.

I've had good experiences with iFastNet, which offers hosting for about $20 per year. Their setup is user-friendly and managed through cPanel. You can easily host your application in the public_html/app directory and set your app to start using the app.js file. If you're tech-savvy, you could even consider self-hosting on your hardware with Nginx and using Cloudflare as a reverse proxy, which would be free!

For hosting that's mostly free with good traffic allowances, consider using Cloudflare. They provide excellent services without the usual costs.
