I just got back home after a few months away, and now my PC is showing that it's not connected to the internet. The troubleshooter keeps telling me that "WiFi doesn't have a valid IP configuration." I've already restarted my router and my computer, and I tested connecting to a mobile hotspot, which worked fine. I also went through all the troubleshooting steps from an article I found, but none of them helped. I even tried using an old WiFi adapter, but that didn't change anything either. Sometimes the WiFi connection comes back for a few minutes, but then it drops again. I'm really stuck here—any advice? Other devices are connecting to the network without any issues.

First off, have you checked if your computer is actually receiving an IP address from the router? You can do this by opening Command Prompt and typing `ipconfig`. Look for the IPv4 Address. If it shows something like 169.254.x.x, that means your PC isn't getting a valid IP from the router. Let me know what you find!

I'm not sure where to check that. Could you guide me?
