How to Get Production Access in AWS SES?

I'm really having a tough time getting production access for SES in AWS. Every time I submit my request, customer support rejects it, claiming it might hurt deliverability and my reputation as a sender. It feels like a robotic response because I've checked all the boxes:

- My SaaS will only send transactional emails.
- All email addresses are verified, ensuring low bounce rates.
- I've set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for my domain.
- I've provided all necessary details about my service, and it's pretty standard, nothing out of the ordinary.

Is there any way to escalate this issue? I'm finding the whole process really frustrating.

Sorry to hear you're having such a hassle! To escalate your case, I suggest you reply directly to the ticket and ask what specific information they need for production approval. Clearly state that you're only sending legitimate transactional emails, and reassure them you're committed to honoring unsubscribe requests. Sometimes they get cautious due to misuse by scammers, so it’s not all personal! If you stay persistent, you might get through.

I'm trying to ask for specific reasons too, but they're not providing any details. I'll use your suggestions and see if that helps—thanks!
