Why is my new PC not finding any Bluetooth devices?

I just built a new PC using the Asus Tuf Gaming B850 Plus-wifi motherboard, but I'm having trouble with the Bluetooth functionality. Despite having the wifi antenna connected and activated, I can't see any Bluetooth devices when I search. I've checked the drivers but I'm unsure if they're installed correctly. Any suggestions on what I should do?

Have you tried checking the Device Manager? It's a good place to see if any Bluetooth devices are missing drivers. You might find that your system has recognized the Bluetooth hardware but there's a driver issue preventing it from working properly.

When checking drivers, you can just use a regular screenshot. It's easier to show than to explain, and makes troubleshooting clearer if you have friends helping out!

Yes, if you see a generic Bluetooth adapter listed, that's a sign the Bluetooth hardware is detected. You may have to troubleshoot driver issues or install updated drivers manually. Looking for something like "Bluetooth device (rfcomm protocol tdi)" can be helpful.
