Is it safe to sleep near a WiFi router?

Hey everyone! I'm currently staying in a hotel and there's a WiFi router mounted right on the wall behind my daughter's head while she's sleeping. The pillow is actually touching the router, which worries me a lot. I can't turn it off or unplug it, and I can't switch her position in the bed because it's a large double bed and I'm afraid she might fall out onto the stone floor. We've been here for 5 nights and only have 2 nights left, but I'm honestly quite anxious about her safety being so close to the router. Does anyone know if this is something I should really be worried about?

It might be a bit late to suggest this after 5 nights, but have you thought about turning her around to sleep the other way? It could help ease your worries a bit!

Honestly, sleeping with a cell phone on your nightstand is probably more dangerous than being near a WiFi router. So I wouldn’t stress too much about it!

WiFi operates on a frequency similar to visible light, just lower on the spectrum. So it's actually way more harmful to stand in the sun without sunscreen than to be next to a router. It's not nearly as dangerous as you'd think!

That’s good to know! But I still feel uneasy about the exposure.
