I just finished building my PC, but I'm stuck with a frustrating problem. Both of my Crucial Pro DDR5 6000 CL48 16GB RAM sticks trigger the DRAM light on my motherboard. I've tested each stick in the primary slot individually, and they both still light it up. My setup includes a Ryzen 5 7600X3D CPU and a Gigabyte B850M Gaming X motherboard, which I thought were compatible based on my research. I can't afford to buy new RAM right now because of the recent spikes in RAM prices. I've reached out to Crucial for warranty support, but I'm unsure how long it will take for them to respond or if they'll replace them since I purchased them through Amazon about two years ago. I could really use some advice on what to do next!

It sounds like you might be facing a BIOS issue instead of a problem with the RAM itself. Have you checked if your motherboard needs a BIOS update? Sometimes the RAM's JEDEC settings can cause a no-boot situation. It's pretty rare for both sticks to fail unless there's something wrong with the motherboard or CPU. If you can, try testing with a known good DDR5 stick from another setup. If not, don't stress too much; Crucial's RAM usually comes with a lifetime warranty, so you should be good on that front!
Did you give it enough time during the first boot? Sometimes memory training can take a few minutes. Let it run for about 5 minutes to see if that helps with the issue. If not, it might just be a problem with the hardware or compatibility.
Yeah, I’ll try that next! Thanks for the tip!

I second the BIOS update! My new RAM wouldn't post until I flashed the BIOS. It’s worth checking.
