I recently bought a JBL Quantum 100N headset, but I'm having trouble with the microphone not working. I'm using a PC that runs Microsoft Windows 11 (version 10.026100 build 26100). Can anyone help troubleshoot the mic issue?

The first thing to check is whether the microphone itself is not functioning or if it's an issue with the connection. Does your PC have a single combo jack for both mic and headphones, or are they separate? If they're separate, you might need a splitter to get it to work properly.
