Hey everyone! I'm 15 and really into tech and programming, but I often find myself getting distracted or bored when I try to learn coding. I thrive with face-to-face learning, which makes it tough when most resources are dull or unengaging. I'm wondering if I should start learning C programming now and, if so, what learning approach would work best for someone like me? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Definitely start learning now! It's a great time to explore programming and start building your skills.

Don't worry, learning C isn't as long and painful as it seems. It's pretty similar in time commitment to other programming languages. Plus, it'll help you get better at managing memory and understanding bitwise operations, which is crucial. Just dive in!

It's all about getting comfortable with occasional boredom. Learning is more important than how fun or exciting the material is. Stick with it and you'll see results!

Starting young is a huge advantage! Here are some resources: 1) Check out this YouTube playlist for programming basics, and 2) Try out Harvard's CS50 course. Set up Visual Studio Code, create a GitHub account, and if you're on Windows, download the Windows Subsystem for Linux. Good luck, and feel free to reach out if you have questions!

I really wish I'd known about C when I was your age! Most teens are busy with games like Pokémon GO, but knowing C will give you a good edge when you get to college. It sets you apart!
