I just built a new PC using an AM5 motherboard, and during the first boot, the fans started spinning really fast right away. The motherboard is showing a yellow light, which I assume indicates it's training the memory. I got a bit worried and decided to turn it off. Everything seems to be powered on, including the GPU, cooler, and motherboard, but I can't see any display or access the BIOS. Is this situation normal?

I had the same issue! Removing the GPU helped me finally get to the BIOS screen. If you haven't tried that yet, it could be worth a shot.
Yeah, that's normal. They usually run fast until you set the proper speed profiles for the fans in BIOS settings. If it keeps being an issue after that, then you might need to look into it further.
It's pretty common for fans to spin at high speeds right after you power on a new build, especially if you haven't adjusted the fan curves in the BIOS yet. The yellow light usually means the motherboard is training the RAM, which can take some time, sometimes around 10 minutes. Don't worry if you can't access the BIOS immediately—just wait for the memory training to finish.
