Considering the components, it seems reasonable these days. RAM and SSD prices are high, so a lot of your cost may come from that. If you're okay with the price and need those specs, it seems fine.
It really depends on where you're located. I got similar specs for around that price in the Balkans, but prices can be way off in different regions. If you're paying this much, it might not be a steal, but it's not crazy either, especially considering today's market.

The specs look decent. If you're mainly into 3D rendering or light computational tasks, it should serve you well. Just keep in mind, prices can fluctuate depending on your use case and location.
