I recently updated my PC's drivers using a tool called Driver Easy, and now I can't access sites like Twitch or Reddit on both my PC and mobile phone. I'm running Windows 11 and I've already performed a network reset while connected through ethernet. I'm not sure if these issues are related to the driver update or something else.

First off, I'd recommend avoiding those driver updater tools in the future; they can sometimes cause more issues than they solve. Since you're having trouble on your phone too, it likely means the problem isn't with your PC. If your phone is connected to Wi-Fi, it could be a setting with your router blocking access, or maybe your ISP is having issues. A good first step would be to reboot your router and see if that clears anything up.
I actually just reset my router recently, but it didn't help. I haven't changed any settings on my Wi-Fi either. Should I just wait this out or try something else?
