I'm having trouble getting an unattended Windows installation file (unattend.xml) to work properly on a recent Dell laptop. The same file works great on non-Dell machines and older laptops, but when I try it on the new Dell, it seems to be ignored or it drops to the Out-Of-Box Experience (OOBE) phase. Are there any specific BIOS settings or tweaks that might help with this? Just to clarify, I'm not looking to set up an MDM or anything beyond the unattend installation.

What errors are you hitting? Or does it fail the same way each time? I recently faced a similar issue with HP laptops, and it turned out I had an outdated driver in my driver directory that wasn’t compatible with Windows 11 versions 24H2 or 25H2. Once I updated the driver, everything worked smoothly again.

The laptop completely ignores the unattend.xml file and starts the installation like a regular Windows setup. If I use the same key on an older laptop, it works perfectly fine. Just for context, it's a DELL PRO 14.
