I created a daily chore chart and want to digitize it so I can easily check off tasks as I complete them. I prefer something affordable, ideally under $50, like an old Google Home Hub. I'd like to avoid any monthly subscriptions as well. Does anyone have suggestions for a simple device or method to do this?

Do you have a smartphone? Most have built-in calendar or ToDo list apps that can handle this pretty well. There are also tons of user-friendly apps available.
I prefer a standalone device, like a tablet. I’ve tried a few apps, but they just don’t keep the icons on my iPad's Home Screen, which is what I’m really looking for.
