I'm creating a new site for a pediatrician and need a CMS that allows for easy content updates, form submissions, document storage, and images. I've used Strapi before, but it seems like it might be more than what's required for this project. Since I'm likely using Nuxt for the application, I'd love to hear some recommendations for other CMS options that might fit the bill. If you've used any alternatives, please share your insights!

Honestly, if you're looking for a simpler approach, Contentful might work well for you. However, I'd recommend sticking with Strapi unless there's a clear reason to pivot.
If you're sticking within the Nuxt ecosystem, consider Storyblok. Their visual editor is user-friendly, and it has a cloud-hosted assets library which helps avoid maintenance concerns.
I've been really happy with Decap! It provides great features without the overwhelming complexity.
Sanity is another great option; it's very versatile, and you can do a lot with the free tier.
You might want to check out Directus or PayloadCMS. They can simplify a lot of the processes while still offering solid functionality.
