I've finally secured the budget to implement a Single Sign-On (SSO) solution for our organization, which has about 120 users. We primarily use cloud applications like Google Workspace, Salesforce, Slack, and Zoom, but we also have a few legacy on-premise systems that are going to be quite a challenge. I'll be the one handling all the integrations and managing access policies moving forward, so the admin experience is very important to me. I'm looking for recommendations on SSO providers that work well for similar-sized organizations. What are you currently using, and how has your daily admin experience been? We’re using 365 Entra, but I’ve also heard good things about Duo. Both have their own strengths depending on your needs.
Rippling IT actually comes with its own SSO as part of its identity and access management package, so it might be worth considering!
It's usually best to select a platform that includes its own integrated SSO. This makes the setup and process a lot smoother compared to juggling multiple separate IT solutions.
I've been considering Rippling IT because it treats SSO as part of a larger identity management framework linked to HR. This way, when someone joins or leaves, it automatically manages their access across different apps without much hassle. We're still in the demo phase with various options, but Rippling is definitely shaping up to be a strong choice for us.

I recommend using your existing Google Workspace as your Identity Provider (IdP). It simplifies everything, and you won't need to add another layer of complexity to your setup.
Totally agree! No need to overcomplicate things when you're already in a solid ecosystem.

I’d suggest staying away from HR platforms for essential IT services, though. They can be a bit risky.
