I'm having an issue with my Windows 11 system after I updated the BIOS using Lenovo Legion Vantage. My PIN isn't available anymore, and when I try to click 'Set up your PIN again,' nothing happens. I'm logged in with a local account, and also, I can't access Safe Boot because I don't have the right BitLocker recovery key. Any advice on how to resolve this?

Be careful with your account setup! Both the PIN and BitLocker recovery depend on the Microsoft account unless you saved everything manually. If you chose a local account, just remember that any issues like this fall on you. If you can’t remember your password, the only option left might be to reset the system.
Just a heads up, it’s good practice to have a local admin account with a password instead of relying solely on a PIN. If your PIN is tied to a Microsoft account, it won’t work for local accounts. Make sure you’re entering the correct BitLocker key; it's possible it was set up on a different account.
Have you set up a PIN before? If your PIN isn’t working now, remember that you must have a password set up as well. You can't create a new PIN until you enter that password. On the login screen, look for 'Sign in options' and switch to the password field. If you remember your password, you can log in; then you should be able to set up your PIN again.
