New PC Build: Fans Spinning but No Display Signal

I just built a new PC and everything seems to be working – the fans are spinning, the CPU cooler and RGB lights are lit up. However, my monitor is showing "DP no signal". I've tried a few troubleshooting steps: I've tested the RAM sticks one by one in various slots, reinstalled the GPU with the power cables, and used an HDMI cable instead of DisplayPort. The monitor is definitely plugged into the GPU and not the motherboard. I noticed that the fans on the GPU aren't spinning, but I'm unsure if that's a concern. Additionally, my graphics card came with an 8x2 to 16-pin connector, but I used the 16-pin cable that came with my PSU because I read that the other one is often for older PSUs that lack the correct slot. Here are my specs:

- Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 Eagle
- CPU: Ryzen 5 5600XT
- RAM: DDR4 3600Hz
- SSD: WD_BLACK SN7100 NVMe SSD 1TB
- GPU: PNY RTX 5070
- Case: Lian Li Vector V100
- PSU: MSI MAG A750GL PCIE5

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like you're facing a POST issue. First thing, ensure that your monitor's plugged into the right output on your GPU and that the monitor settings are correct. If you're using HDMI, make sure it's on HDMI mode, not DisplayPort.
