I'm putting together a new PC and wondering what performance I can expect. I plan to use it for 1080p gaming at medium to high settings, or 1440p at low to medium settings. Here are the components I'm considering:

- CPU: Ryzen 5 7600X
- Motherboard: ASRock B650M Pro RS WiFi
- RAM: TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR5-6000 CL38
- Storage: PNY CS2241 2 TB
- GPU: ASRock Steel Legend OC Arc B580

Does this setup look good for my goals?

The B580 is gonna be the key factor here, so definitely check out some reviews for it. Based on what you want, you should be in a good spot for 1080p or 1440p at lower settings, especially with 12GB of VRAM.

This setup seems solid! I'm curious, though: how long do you plan to stick with the GPU? If it’s a couple of years, AM5 is a good choice. But if you want it long-term, consider platforms like AM4 or LGA 1700 for better GPU upgrades in the future.

Actually, I'm just putting this PC together since I had a spare 7600X from my last upgrade. I snagged the B580 and other components for a good price, so it'll be kind of a budget friendly build to sell later. I'll use it to test games while I wait for a buyer.

You're looking at performance that sits between the Ryzen 5 5600X and the 9800X3D. Check out some review comparisons to see how they stack up together, especially for gaming.
