I'm having some trouble with my keyboard and mouse not being fully recognized by Windows. Specifically, my function keys aren't working at all. I've noticed that the mouse seems fine for the most part, but I'm concerned it might start acting up too. Has anyone else experienced this, and do you know how to fix it?

Have you checked the names of your devices? It looks like you have a Razer mouse and keyboard connected. Many Razer products need the Synapse software to function correctly. For instance, my headset won't work unless Synapse is running, so it might be a similar case for your setup. Try downloading and installing it if you haven't already!
I’ve actually got it installed, and it detects both devices. The issue is that the keyboard’s features still aren't working, like the F keys and snap tap.
