Need Help Troubleshooting BSOD on My Laptop

Hey there! I'm having some serious issues with my Thunderobot Iger E1 running Windows 11. I keep getting a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) error that says 'DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL' related to 'Netwtw10.sys'. This usually happens while I'm gaming or during online classes. Initially, I tried checking it with a friend, and everything seemed fine, but the problem popped up again. Now, when I try to turn it back on, the screen just stays black. I recently replaced my charger, but I'm not sure if that's connected to the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated since I rely on my laptop for school!

First off, it’s crucial to back up your data before making any significant changes to your system. Just in case anything goes south! You need to check for crash logs from the BSOD, called dump files. If you can get into your system, look in 'C:WindowsMinidump' for those files. If you find them, zip the folder and upload it somewhere like catbox.moe or MediaFire, as those seem to be working well. Also, check out this guide on how to set up your dump files to capture the necessary info.

The error you’re seeing points to the Intel driver for your Wi-Fi or Ethernet being a potential culprit. Make sure to check if there's a new driver available for your wireless network devices. If your laptop has a LAN port, try connecting directly with an Ethernet cable and disable the Wi-Fi in Device Manager while you test it. This might help narrow down the issue.

I tried turning it off and then back on, but I'm just getting a blank screen now – no logo or anything. My LAN port doesn't seem to show up either. I actually took a photo of what happens after the error. It's just a black screen after 30 minutes of waiting. Here’s the pic: [link to image]. Any thoughts?
