I'm looking for recommendations on setting up a conference room with a 105+ inch screen. We want to be able to use Microsoft Teams and other features. I'm open to an all-in-one solution or a combo of a display with additional equipment. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

I've had great success with the Neat kits. I'm not entirely sure if they work out of the box with Teams, but they've been reliable overall.
The Logitech Teams Room equipment is really user-friendly and straightforward to set up. I'd also suggest going for a commercial display rather than a regular TV for better performance.
Check out the Logitech MeetUp 2! It's a solid option for conference setups.
I'm a fan of the Logitech Rally room kits. They offer several options for Teams and Zoom, plus they're flexible in terms of setup with different mounting options and add-ons for more microphones and speakers. They're documented well too, so users find them easy to operate without many issues. Just keep in mind that the Teams Rooms kits need a Teams Room Premium license, which does increase the overall cost.

Do I need to connect an external PC for that?
