I recently had to reset the BIOS on my desktop PC, but I couldn't do it through the start menu. Instead, I ended up removing the battery and putting it back. After reassembling everything, my PC went into Automatic Repair mode, but it couldn't fix the issue.
I've tried restarting, restoring a previous point, and using the command prompt to scan for corrupted files, but nothing seems to work. I also can't wipe my files to reset my PC. I'm feeling completely stuck and could really use some advice on what steps to take next.

It seems like your BIOS reset might not have been the main problem. Corrupted files are usually unrelated to the CMOS battery. What's the exact issue you're facing now? Are you getting any error messages?

My Wi-Fi isn't showing up when I try to connect. I removed the battery because I couldn't reset BIOS through the start menu, and now my PC won’t auto repair.
