My PC Won’t Boot with Dual Monitors – Need Help!

Hi everyone! I'm having a tough time with my PC, which refuses to boot when I have dual monitors connected. I'm seeing a red CPU light and a yellow DRAM light on my motherboard. I tried reseating my RAM and CPU yesterday, along with clearing the CMOS, and that seemed to help at first. My RAM is supposed to run at 4800 MHz, but I enabled EXPO in the BIOS and set it to 6000 MHz like I did previously. After some gameplay, it worked fine offline, but now it's back to the same issue with the lights. I'm starting to think there might be a defect in the motherboard or that setting the RAM speed too high is causing problems. For context, my setup includes an MSI B650 Plus WiFi motherboard, a 7800X3D CPU, and G.Skill Trident Z 16GB RAM in slots A2 and B2, paired with a 5060 Ti GPU. One monitor is connected via DisplayPort and the other through HDMI directly from the GPU.

I suggest unplugging one of the monitors and seeing if your system boots up then. I’ve read similar experiences on MSI forums where people faced the same issue, and aside from a BIOS update, replacing the motherboard was the only fix for some. It's definitely worth exploring those options.

Have you tried booting with just one monitor connected? Sometimes dual setups can cause conflicts, especially if there are underlying issues with the hardware. The red CPU and yellow DRAM lights you've mentioned are often signs of trouble with RAM or the motherboard itself. It could be worth checking that everything is properly seated and maybe even testing each RAM stick separately if you haven't already done that. Good luck!
