Lately, I've been experiencing some frustratingly slow performance with my Opera GX browser. Even though my computer handles games and other tasks without any issues, web pages seem to take forever to load. Videos often struggle to buffer and usually only play in very low resolutions, like 144p or 240p. Here are my PC specs:
- **CPU:** i5 12400F (12th Gen)
- **RAM:** 32GB
- **GPU:** Nvidia RTX 4060
I'm looking for any suggestions or fixes that could help speed things up!

Have you tried seeing if the same issue occurs on different browsers? Opera GX has a bunch of features like a built-in VPN, network and CPU/RAM limiters, and ad blocking that can sometimes impact performance. It might be worth disabling some of those to see if that helps.
Unfortunately, I've noticed the same slowdowns across other browsers too. Crunchyroll is stuttering as well. But I’ll go ahead and check if any of those features are turned on just to be safe.
