Hey everyone! I've been using my JBL Live 770NC Bluetooth headphones with my Lenovo Legion 5i Gen 10 laptop running Windows 11 for about a month without any issues. But last night, I suddenly lost connection while using them. I've checked to make sure that both my Bluetooth drivers and the headphone firmware are up to date.
I tried unpairing and reconnecting multiple times, turning the headphones off and on, and even restarting my laptop, but nothing worked. After about an hour, they reconnected on their own, but today they disconnected again after around 30 minutes. I contacted JBL support but they weren't very helpful and just sent me a list of steps I had already tried. I've also searched online for solutions, but most require the headphones to be connected or don't directly address my issue. I'd really appreciate any advice or solutions you might have. Thanks!

I had the same problem with my headphones! What worked for me was going into the Device Manager, finding the headphones under Bluetooth, deleting them, and then restarting my computer. After that, I re-paired them, and it seemed to fix the connection issues. Give it a shot!

Yeah, do you delete them from the Bluetooth section specifically? That's the only place I could find them.
