Hey everyone! I'm currently using NinjaOne as my Remote Monitoring and Management tool along with a homemade asset management system for tracking software keys, invoices, and more. We have about 200 laptops and various contracts, including mobile contracts and Microsoft licenses with cloud providers. I've previously used Snipe IT and am considering using it again for asset management. Do you think Snipe would be a good fit for my needs? Thanks in advance!

While I can’t speak directly about Snipe IT since I work for Setyl, I’d recommend considering Setyl as an option too. It handles both hardware and software management in one package and has an integration with NinjaOne. We often get customers looking for solutions when they exceed 100 employees.

NinjaOne has just rolled out a built-in Asset Management tool! You should reach out to your account manager to see if you can get a test run. It's pretty solid for asset management.

We recently transitioned to using asset management within NinjaOne. It's been pretty good overall, though we’re still in the process of adding all our assets. We did run into an issue with importing unmanaged assets, but we've got a support ticket open for that. Just a heads up!
