I was having some issues with my PS4, as it kept booting into Safe Mode and prompted me to connect a USB with system software version 11.52. To fix it, I downloaded the reinstall file, placed it on a USB, and connected it to the console. It then asked if I wanted to delete everything on the disk and reinstall the system software, which I accepted. However, while installing, the PS4 began to restart multiple times, showing strange colored rectangular artifacts on the screen before going completely black. Now, the console only displays a solid white light and there's no output on the screen. I can't access Safe Mode anymore either, as pressing the power button for two beeps doesn't work. Has anyone faced this issue or know what I can do?

You might want to try swapping the hard drive. It's possible that the drive got corrupted during the software reinstall, which could be causing the issues you're seeing.
Since it was booting into Safe Mode before, there could be both software and hardware issues at play here. If the HDD is the culprit, replacing it could solve the problem. Best of luck with it!
