Why is only one of my monitor ports working on my PC?

I'm having an issue with my desktop setup where I have 4 DisplayPorts and 2 HDMI ports. No matter what I do, only one of the HDMI ports works, while the others just show 'no signal'. It's particularly annoying because when I unplug and re-plug the second HDMI cable, the monitor seems to respond as if it's going to work, but then it immediately says 'no signal' again. Is there a fix for this, or will I need to give up on using a second monitor?

First off, is your desktop running Windows? You should check the display settings to see if the second monitor is being detected but not enabled. Also, make sure your GPU drivers are properly installed and updated.

It's Windows 11 here. I checked the display settings, and there's no sign of the second monitor being detected. Plus, my GPU drivers are all up to date. It was working fine before I moved.
