Hey there! I'm venturing into my first PC build and I've decided to go for a Mini-ITX setup since I travel a lot. A compact build is easier for me to carry around, plus I think it looks really sleek! Here are the specs I'm planning to use:

* CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X
* Motherboard: GIGABYTE A620I AX
* GPU: MSI NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 12G Gaming Trio OC
* RAM: Crucial Pro DDR5 32GB Kit (2x16GB) 6000MHz CL36
* Storage: WD_BLACK SN850X 2TB NVMe SSD
* Cooler: Cooler Master MasterLiquid 240L Core ARGB (2023)
* Case Fans: ARCTIC P12 Slim PWM PST (3 pack)
* PSU: Cooler Master V750 SFX Gold 750W
* Case: Cooler Master MasterBox NR200P V2 White

I'm aiming to keep my total budget around €2200. My goal is to use this setup for at least 5 years. Any feedback on compatibility, thermal management, or possible component swaps to enhance my build while staying within budget would be greatly appreciated!

Just a thought: The MSI Trio version of the 5070 tends to be pricier. If you could go with a cheaper GPU, it might free up some budget for a better motherboard or even upgrade to a 7600X3D or 7700X! Also, consider checking other cooling options; some brands like Thermalright can be more budget-friendly.

I built this around the 5070, so I'm not really flexible on that, but I’ll check out the Thermalright options, thanks!

Definitely look into Thermalright; they have some good cost-effective coolers!

Your build looks solid, but just a heads-up: the A620i motherboard won’t let you undervolt the CPU. Also, double-check the GPU size; it’s listed at 338mm, and the NR200P only supports up to 330mm.

Thanks for the heads-up! Do you have any other recommendations for a motherboard?

I looked it up and the MSI specs show it as 323x140x60, so it should fit, but better to be safe.

You might want to consider upgrading to the RTX 5080 if you have that kind of budget. It could improve your gaming experience significantly!

I think the 5080 is double the price, isn't it? That seems like a stretch for this build.

With prices for memory and storage, I don’t see how a $1500 GPU fits into this budget realistically.
