I'm having trouble opening Microsoft Word documents from OneDrive in my Firefox browser. Every time I try, I get the same pop-up error message. I've already cleared my browser's cache and cookies, but that didn't fix the issue. It's important for me to access these documents since they contain a lot of my notes.
