Looking for Window Manager and Compositor Suggestions

I've been using Linux for about a year now and have done quite a bit of distro hopping. While I'm familiar with the basics, I'm not quite an advanced user yet. I'm interested in trying out different window manager and compositor combinations instead of full desktop environments. I need something that won't require a lot of time to configure and can mostly be managed through a graphical interface. Additionally, I'm looking for a solution that can handle multiple monitors with varying resolutions and DPIs, and I prefer to arrange these monitors using a GUI rather than tweaking config files manually. Because of the multi-DPI requirement, I assume I need something that works with Wayland. I don't use keybindings much at the moment, but I'm open to learning; however, I would appreciate it if the setup isn't too drastic compared to my previous experiences with Windows/KDE. I've also tried KaOS recently, which uses Niri/Noctalia, but it lacked a GUI for display management.

I've been using Sway, and while it does require some setup, it's pretty straightforward with a plain text config file. If you’re willing to put in a little effort, it might work well for you!

If you really want things to be managed through a GUI, you might be better off sticking with a full desktop environment. Window managers are typically minimal, and the idea is to build your own desktop environment from different components, which usually involves editing config files instead of a GUI. But don't worry, there are shared dotfiles out there to help you get started without setting everything up from scratch!
