Help with Micro Stuttering on My New PC Build

Hey everyone! I recently built a budget PC using some new parts, including an Intel i3-13100f, an RTX 3060 Ti Tuf Gaming graphics card, and a B760M Tuf Gaming D4 motherboard, along with other components. Initially, I faced an event ID 14 issue, which I solved by disabling ASMP. After updating my motherboard BIOS from version 1663 to 1825, I noticed my system performed well in demanding games like Resident Evil 9 and Dying Light at 1440p. However, in less demanding games like CS2, Valorant, Roblox, Apex, and COD, I'm experiencing frustrating micro stuttering, where my FPS drops drastically for a split second only to jump back up. After the BIOS update, I made sure to disable ASMP again, enabled XMP, and set my power settings to high. My CPU temps are fine, never exceeding 60 degrees, and I've reverted to earlier Nvidia drivers due to issues with the latest ones. This stuttering only started after the BIOS update, and I've been trying to figure it out for the past two weeks. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for reading!

What version of Windows are you using? If it’s Windows 10, make sure all your updates are installed. Sometimes older versions can lead to performance hiccups.

I’m on Windows 10. I've checked for updates, and I'm all set! Thanks for pointing that out!

Try disabling V-Sync in your graphics settings. Sometimes, it can cause stuttering issues in less demanding games. Let me know how that goes!

Thanks for the tip! I have V-Sync turned off already, but I appreciate the suggestion!
