I've been struggling with a "Connected, no Internet, secure" message for over a week now, and my exam is coming up next week. I can't access my cloud storage! I've tried various troubleshooting methods, including resetting my settings and changing my IP assignment and DNS from manual to automatic, but nothing seems to work. I'm really at my wit's end!

First, can you specify whether you're using Wi-Fi or an Ethernet connection? If this was working fine before, it might be an issue with your DHCP settings. Ensure you have the latest drivers installed for your network adapter.

You can check your adapter settings by going to network adapter settings (just press Windows + R, type `ncpa.cpl`, and hit enter). Try disabling and then re-enabling the adapter you’re using to connect to the internet. Also, make sure both IPv4 and IPv6 settings are set to automatically obtain an IP address and DNS.

Once that’s done, open Command Prompt and type `ipconfig /all`, and let us know what the output is. That can give us more clues!

I appreciate the detailed steps! I haven’t changed my settings much, but I did switch to manual IP for a bit, and now it’s stuck. I'll check back in after trying your tips!
