Can I Use a Wireless Mouse with a Dongle on a Non-Bluetooth PC?

I'm looking to switch to a wireless mouse, but my motherboard doesn't support Bluetooth. I've heard mixed opinions about whether a mouse that comes with its own USB dongle will work on my PC. Just to clarify, will I be able to connect a wireless mouse that has its own dongle, even without Bluetooth support? Wired mice are too frustrating for me!

I use a wireless mouse that switches between three different devices, one with a dongle and two with Bluetooth. Honestly, I can’t notice any difference in performance, so you’ll be set with a dongle mouse!

Just a heads up, most wireless mice come with their own dongle and don’t rely on Bluetooth. So, if you grab something like a Logitech for around $30, you’ll need the included dongle for it to connect. Bluetooth mice exist too, but any mouse with a dongle will work just fine as long as you have that USB slot free!

Your wireless mouse with a dongle will work without needing Bluetooth support on your PC. Just plug it in and you’re good to go!

Absolutely, it’ll work perfectly! Just make sure the mouse comes with its own USB receiver, and you should be good to go. No need for Bluetooth at all.

Yes, the dongle serves as an adapter for the mouse! You don’t need Bluetooth for it to function, it’s a straightforward connection.
