I've recently cleared my Trusted Platform Module (TPM), and now I'm unable to log into my account. It keeps prompting me to create a new PIN, but when I click the button, nothing happens. I've spent about 5 hours trying to resolve this with ChatGPT, but I'm stuck. I even disabled TPM in my BIOS and cleared it, but I don't know what else to do.

You should really consider going back to ChatGPT and sharing that you cleared your TPM. It might seem like a good idea to follow friends’ advice, but sometimes it leads us into tricky situations. If Windows is booting up okay in safe mode but you still can't log in, maybe there’s a chance to get to the recovery options from there.
This is a tough situation. When you clear the TPM, all the security keys stored there, including your PIN, get wiped out. That’s why you can't log in anymore. I would suggest looking into doing a factory reset or reinstalling Windows from a USB drive since you're not having success with the standard recovery methods. Better to take action now before things get worse.
