I have a bit of a tricky situation here. I need two different email addresses, one from Outlook and another from Gmail, to receive the same messages. I'm not even sure if that's feasible, so I'm looking for some help!

I'm curious why you want both accounts to receive the same emails. Forwarding works, but knowing your specific reason might help suggest the best approach for your situation.

The main issue is that I need a refund, but the website requires an email for a code to log in. Strangely, they can't send emails to Outlook accounts, so I created a Gmail account. I'm just hoping there's a way to link them so I can get the code on Gmail instead!

Not a dumb question at all! You can definitely set this up. One way is to use email forwarding to send emails from one account to another. For instance, you can forward your Outlook emails directly to Gmail, or vice versa. Alternatively, if you use Gmail, you can link your Outlook account in Gmail by using the 'Check mail from other accounts' feature. This way, all your emails will flow into one inbox, and sending from either account will be a breeze. It only takes a few minutes to set up, and once it's done, it works like a charm!
